Scranton in Autumn

For something different, a visit to downtown Scranton, PA, last autumn.  I am wholly and without doubt not a city person; too much concrete, too many people, and not enough trees for my taste.  However, on the smaller scale they can be interesting to visit, and good for a walk.  Mandy and I spent an hour or so on this visit, meandering the streets and seeing what had changed, and what hasn’t.  Now that neither of us works downtown, our visits are much more sporadic.

The trees were starting to change and a hint of fall was in the air, and overall it was just a pleasant way to spend some time on a quiet afternoon.
